ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

The course features a thrilling 2-loop, 3.8 km swim in the Ottawa River, starting from Brittania Park, where spectators can cheer you on. After the swim, you’ll tackle a scenic 180 km bike route that is completely closed to traffic, showcasing mild elevation changes and iconic sights like Embassy Row. Finally, the flat 42.2 km run takes you through the vibrant streets of Ottawa, leading to a memorable finish line set against the stunning backdrop of the Parliament of Canada.
