ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

Based out of Guelph Lake Conservation Area, the Subaru Guelph Lake One Triathlon weekend is one of Ontario’s most popular and longest-running races. There are a wide variety of races and distances to choose from for athletes of all abilities and levels of experience: Try-a-Tri, sprint and standard distance triathlons and duathlons.

Eligible Events – Points will be accumulated by club members (must also be Triathlon Ontario members) in the Sprint and Standard triathlon, duathlon, aquabike and relay event.

2025 World Qualifier – Sprint Triathlon, with one spot per gender, per age group available on the day.

2025 World Multisport Championship in the Sprint Duathlon discipline. The event will also serve as Provincial Championships for Sprint Duathlon. One spot per age group per gender.
